Domain Renewal
Domain renewal
A domain is valid for a year at a time and you will be notified when it is time to renew it.
We will send email notifications 90, 30, 15, 7 and 2 days before expiration.
An invoice will be sent with the first reminder and will automatically renew once it is paid.
To confirm the status of the feature, login to the customer zone
Click on Domains
Search for the domain and see the status of the feature next to it.
If this option is set to “disabled”, no invoice will be sent and the domain will not be
renewed.
To change the domain renewal status Click on the drop down next to the domain you wish to update

Select the Auto Renewal Status
You will see the option to Enable and Disable the Auto- Renewal
